NEW ONLINE AND IN-PERSON JUNE APPROVED CEU CREDENTIAL TRAINING DO NOT MISS OUT
JOIN US IN JUNE FOR TWO ONLINE EXPERIENCES
Fathers and Families Coalition of America understands that increasing number of organizations are utilizing virtual training to develop employee skill sets. Many individuals want to attend our national, regional and local training but can't take time for travel. Therefore, we are renewing our successful virtual training strategy. FFCA will use a new state of art virtual platform with various elements to implement an informative and engaging experience.
But what are these elements for FFCA's Virtual Credential Training Program?
We have developed a detailed syllabus and research of core content to prepare all participants before you join us in person, virtually and or a new on-demand feature. It's essential to have a guideline that the training session should follow to ensure that FFCA covers all vital content.
PRACTITIONER CREDENTIAL SYLLABUS
FFCA considers our audience, and their primary objectives are all varied. We have some individuals that go to our training as their first professional development experience. We have others with decades of experience, and we instruct the FFCA Credential where everyone is at to interconnect with all colleagues. Our strategy always has a firm grasp on what the collective group hopes to achieve through their training.
FFCA has several practica, and we have incorporated individuals and group exercises, discussion topics, and take-home assignments that support the training at the moment and after that support the overall professional experience as part of our requirements for the credential, unlike attending an event without consultation.
FFCA has placed an essential focus on user-friendly content delivery and a 200+ page handbook to use during and after the training to support the overall experience. Moreover, we have a practicum to excel and use with your clients after our credential training. There are many points in the practice that support you as an individual and practitioner. We pride ourselves that all of the pieces of training have one group follow-up through our virtual platform one week after the final credential training as a time for consultation.
FFCA will ask engaging and thought-provoking questions to drive the discussion for all participates, and each participant will be able to view each other regardless if it is a group setting, individual, at home or in your office to the FFCA faculty and in-person audience. A very dynamic and engaging functionality of this platform allows everyone to become interconnect even thousands of miles away to the training experience. FFCA has taken the time to create thought-provoking discussion topics and questions. E-learners will be engaged just as though they are active participants, rather than only attendees at a lecture.
