Oasis Wellness at HOPE 2027
One of the most powerful spaces at the conference in 2026 was the Oasis Wellness Room. It became a place where attendees could breathe, reset, stretch, receive therapy-based support, enjoy yoga, experience bodywork and massage, and reconnect with themselves in the middle of a busy conference rhythm. What made that room special was not only what it offered, but how people felt when they entered it: calmer, more grounded, more supported, and more human.
Guided by Tanya Edwards-Griffin
Through the leadership of Tanya Edwards-Griffin and her work, Leading from a Regulated Nervous System, the Oasis Wellness experience reflects a deeper vision of restoration and sustainability. Tanya is the Co-founder and Creative Director of Pavitra Wellbeing, a holistic wellness company curating culturally rooted retreats and digital experiences that help high-performing leaders and professionals restore balance, clarity, and connection through somatic awareness and mindfulness.
A certified yoga instructor in Hatha and Yin and a former interior designer, Tanya brings an embodied perspective to healing, bridging the art of designing external spaces with the practice of redesigning the inner landscape. Her approach integrates gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system education to support emotional regulation, tension release, and resilience.
She is also the Co-creator of The Sacred P.A.U.S.E., a restorative framework that invites participants to Prioritize Rest, Align with Support, Unburden the Mind, Sustain Energy, and Embrace Power. Through Pavitra’s four pillars — Nourish Your Body, Grow Your Vision, Feed Your Soul, and Build Community — Tanya helps individuals and organizations reimagine wellness as an act of sustainability, alignment, and leadership.
For HOPE 2027, the Oasis Wellness experience will continue in Newport A on the second floor. This remains one of the most meaningful spaces in the conference for attendees seeking restoration, wellness, reflection, and renewal.
In 2026, attendees benefited from therapy sessions, yoga, stretching, massage tables, and even a small golf putting strip that brought a creative and playful element into the room. For 2027, we are building on that momentum with new ideas and a stronger vision for how wellness professionals can become part of the overall conference experience.
Invitation to Wellness Vendors
If you are a vendor in the wellness profession, we strongly encourage you to sign up today. The main Oasis Wellness Room in Newport A will have limited space, and we want to curate the room with intention so that attendees receive quality experiences that support the whole person.
This is an exceptional opportunity for wellness professionals to be part of one of the most appreciated spaces in the conference, while offering real value to attendees and visibility to your brand, service, or practice.
Vendors are also eligible to contribute up to 400 promotional items for conference attendee bags, adding another layer of visibility throughout the week.
Wellness is not an afterthought at HOPE 2027. It is part of the conference heartbeat.

Become an Exhibitor — Where Visibility Meets Value
HOPE 2027 is creating a new kind of Expo Hall experience — one designed for movement, connection, repeated engagement, and stronger visibility throughout the conference. This is not a side hallway or an afterthought. This is a central, purpose-driven space where attendees, presenters, authors, leaders, and community partners will naturally gather for coffee breaks, grab-and-go lunch movement, evening receptions, and shared networking moments.
If your organization, service, product, or resource helps strengthen families, support wellness, build community, improve systems, promote healing, or inspire leadership, we invite you to bring your work into a conference environment built to honor what you offer.
Why Exhibit at HOPE 2027
HOPE 2027 is designed so vendors are not hidden. You are part of the conference experience itself. The new Expo Hall layout creates stronger opportunities for attendees to meet you, learn about your work, and stay in conversation with your brand throughout the week.
- More space than previous ballroom layouts combined
- Stronger traffic flow from general sessions into the Expo Hall
- Repeated visibility through breaks, receptions, and lunch movement
- Purpose-centered audience of leaders, parents, practitioners, educators, and community changemakers
What Attendees Want from Vendors
People come to this conference looking for meaningful resources, wellness supports, educational tools, innovative programs, practical services, and trusted partnerships. They are not simply browsing. They are looking for what can help them do their work better and serve people more effectively.
- Family strengthening resources
- Wellness and healing-centered supports
- Books, tools, curriculum, and educational materials
- Leadership, coaching, and organizational development services
- Community products, culturally grounded items, and service innovations
Special Invitation: Oasis Wellness
If you are a vendor in the wellness profession, we strongly encourage you to consider the Oasis Wellness Room on the second floor. This was one of the most appreciated spaces in 2026, and it will return as a meaningful part of the HOPE 2027 experience.
- Massage and bodywork
- Stretching, yoga, and restoration
- Mindfulness and wellness-centered services
- Healing-centered engagement with attendees
A New Expo Hall and Experience
What makes this year different is not only the location, but the strategy. The Expo Hall in International Ballroom A is being used more creatively so vendors receive better exposure, more natural movement, and stronger opportunities for connection. Entry points from the general sessions into the Expo Hall will help create moments when attendees flow directly into the vendor space for breaks, networking, grab-and-go lunch experiences, evening receptions, and midweek gathering opportunities.
We do not want to overpromise. What we can promise is this: HOPE 2027 is intentionally designing the conference so that vendors are appreciated, seen, and integrated into the overall attendee experience. This is a conference where your company, organization, service, or product can be discovered in ways that feel organic, warm, and purposeful.
Starting at $275, the exhibitor fee remains very reasonable for the level of access and visibility being offered. Vendors and Meet the Authors pathways do not include meals, but vendors who want meal access may have a later add-on opportunity depending on final planning after March.
If you are ready to bring your mission into a stronger, more visible, more meaningful conference ecosystem, we invite you to register today.
