An exhibitor may also be an attendee, speaker, HOPE Talk presenter, author participating in Meet the Authors and HOPE FIL, or a colleague helping lead a Partner Pavilion. There are many ways to participate, contribute, connect, and belong.
For 2027, we're doing something different. We redesigned the exhibitor experience around greater flexibility, stronger conference integration, and multiple participation pathways — because organizations, entrepreneurs, authors, agencies, and institutions do not all have the same schedules, staffing, or operating budgets.

The HOPE 2027 International Ballroom Experience
You're Where the Conference Happens.
Rather than placing exhibitors away from conference participants or isolating the marketplace on another floor during major portions of the conference, HOPE 2027 is integrating a limited exhibitor marketplace into the International Ballroom — the conference's grand ballroom and primary morning convening environment.
From morning arrival through HOPE Talks and the transition into lunch, all morning conference attendance will convene in the International Ballroom, placing exhibitors within the primary morning conference environment rather than apart from it.

One Exhibitor Registration = One Registered Individual
Exhibitor registration is issued to an individual participant. An exhibit space does not provide complimentary conference admission for additional representatives. Additional staff members, authors, assistants, colleagues, or organizational representatives must register separately using the conference registration option appropriate to their participation.

HOPE 2027 is rethinking the traditional exhibitor experience. Instead of placing exhibitors away from the primary conference environment, our goal is to create a marketplace, educational environment, and relationship-building space where exhibitors and attendees share the conference experience.

Exhibitors may also be conference attendees, speakers, HOPE Talk presenters, participating authors, HOPE FIL contributors, Partner Pavilion colleagues, entrepreneurs, educators, service providers, or organizational leaders. One Ballroom. Multiple Experiences.
International Ballrooms A & B become a central part of the HOPE 2027 morning conference experience. International Ballroom B serves as the primary exhibitor marketplace, while the larger ballroom environment transitions throughout the morning.
Exhibitors may begin setting up and preparing their spaces between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. During this morning period, conference activity and attendee movement convene in the International Ballroom environment.
At approximately 9:00 a.m., the atmosphere changes as attention shifts to HOPE Talks and the general-session experience. Exhibit commerce pauses so speakers can be heard without competing activity. Exhibitors become part of the audience rather than being separated from it.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., the environment transitions again as attendees move into networking, exhibitor engagement, and meal-related activity.

Exhibitors prepare and activate their spaces as the conference community arrives and morning activity convenes in the International Ballroom environment.
The Spotlight Shifts to HOPE Talks
Commerce pauses. Conversation quiets. Exhibitors are invited from behind their tables to participate in designated seating as part of the conference audience.
Exhibit Engagement Returns
Scheduled breaks and transitions reopen active opportunities for attendees and exhibitors to connect, explore resources, and continue conversations.

As the morning program transitions, attendees remain within the larger ballroom environment for networking, grab-and-go meal activity, and exhibitor engagement.

Oasis Wellness: A Space to Breathe, Reset & Reconnect
One of the most powerful spaces at the 2026 conference was the Oasis Wellness Room. Attendees could step away from the conference rhythm to breathe, reset, stretch, experience yoga, receive wellness-based support, experience bodywork and massage, and reconnect with themselves.
What made Oasis meaningful was not simply what happened in the room. It was how people felt when they entered: calmer, more grounded, more supported, and more human.
In 2026, attendees experienced therapy sessions, yoga, stretching, massage tables, and even a small golf putting strip that brought a creative and playful dimension into the environment. HOPE 2027 builds on that momentum with a stronger vision for restoration, wellness, reflection, and renewal.
Leading from a Regulated Nervous System
Through the leadership of Tanya Edwards-Griffin and her work, Leading from a Regulated Nervous System, the Oasis Wellness experience reflects a deeper vision of restoration and sustainability.
Tanya is the Co-founder and Creative Director of Pavitra Wellbeing, a holistic wellness company curating culturally rooted retreats and digital experiences that help high-performing leaders and professionals restore balance, clarity, and connection through somatic awareness and mindfulness.
A certified yoga instructor in Hatha and Yin and a former interior designer, Tanya brings an embodied perspective to healing, bridging the art of designing external spaces with the practice of redesigning the inner landscape. Her approach integrates gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system education to support emotional regulation, tension release, and resilience.
She is also the Co-creator of The Sacred P.A.U.S.E., a restorative framework inviting participants to Prioritize Rest, Align with Support, Unburden the Mind, Sustain Energy, and Embrace Power.
Through Pavitra's four pillars — Nourish Your Body, Grow Your Vision, Feed Your Soul, and Build Community — Tanya helps individuals and organizations reimagine wellness as an act of sustainability, alignment, and leadership.
Wellness Professionals: There Is a Place for You Here.
If you are a wellness professional, we strongly encourage you to consider HOPE 2027. The main Oasis Wellness Room in Newport A has limited space, and the environment will be curated intentionally so attendees receive meaningful experiences supporting the whole person.
This creates another way for wellness professionals to contribute to the conference while increasing visibility for a practice, organization, service, or wellness resource.
Wellness is not an afterthought at HOPE 2027. It is part of the conference heartbeat.

HOPE 2027 is intentionally creating multiple environments where participating exhibitors, authors, organizations, entrepreneurs, and community partners can connect with the conference community.
International Ballroom B
Your primary exhibit environment places you within the larger International Ballroom conference experience, including morning arrival, scheduled breaks, transitions, networking, and meal-related activity.
This remains the primary full exhibit environment.
Opening Reception + Meet the Authors
The Monday opening reception in La Jolla A & B creates an additional informal opportunity for connection. Participating authors will be part of the Meet the Authors experience, while other exhibitors may bring limited samples, literature, or selected materials into the reception environment.
An additional engagement opportunity — not a second full exhibit booth.
HOPE FIL 2027
Participating authors may also be considered for scheduled opportunities through the HOPE FIL 2027 Literary & Publishing Center at Wright Center, expanding the conversation beyond book sales into ideas, stories, publishing, literacy, and community impact.
HOPE FIL programming is scheduled and subject to availability.
Monday • Opening Conference Experience
From Exhibit Space to Human Connection.
The opening reception is designed to remain informal, welcoming, and relational. It is not intended to become another traditional exhibit hall.
Participating exhibitors may bring selected products, samples, literature, or materials into designated shared display areas while joining the larger conference community for the opening-night experience.
For participating authors, this becomes an additional opportunity to meet readers, introduce their work, sign books, and become part of the Meet the Authors experience.

The HOPE 2027 exhibitor experience is designed to balance visibility and commerce with the learning environment, HOPE Talks, general sessions, networking, and the overall conference experience.
Prepare Before the Conference Day Begins
Exhibitor preparation and setup opportunities will include Sunday, April 11, with additional early-morning setup available Monday. Exhibitors participating Monday should be fully prepared for conference activity no later than 9:00 a.m.
Engage When the Marketplace Is Active
Active exhibitor engagement is centered around morning arrival, scheduled breaks, networking periods, meal-related movement, conference transitions, and other designated exhibit periods.
Become Part of the Audience
During designated HOPE Talks and general sessions, active selling and competing exhibit activity pauses. Exhibitors are invited to step away from their tables and participate in designated exhibitor seating or temporarily depart the ballroom.
Protect the Shared Learning Environment
During general-session engagement periods, exhibitors should not conduct sales, solicit attendees, play competing audio, operate disruptive displays, or hold conversations that interfere with presenters or the audience experience.
The exhibit environment is not being sent away from the conference when a general session begins. You are already where the conference is happening.
The environment simply transitions. Attention moves from marketplace activity to HOPE Talks and the general-session experience. When scheduled breaks, networking, meal activity, and exhibit periods return, active exhibitor engagement resumes.
This shared rhythm protects the presenters, respects the audience, and keeps exhibitors integrated into the conference rather than isolated from it.

Can I exhibit for only one or two days?
Yes. HOPE 2027 offers Full 4-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day exhibitor pathways.
Can a conference speaker also be an exhibitor?
Yes. Presenters, HOPE Talk speakers, Partner Pavilion colleagues, and other conference participants may add an applicable exhibitor pathway.
Where is the primary exhibit environment?
International Ballroom B is the primary exhibitor marketplace within the larger International Ballroom conference environment.
What happens during HOPE Talks and general sessions?
Active commerce pauses so the environment can focus on presenters and the audience experience. Exhibitors join designated seating or temporarily depart and resume active exhibit engagement during the next designated period.
Are meals and the Midweek Gala included?
No. The exhibitor and Meet the Author participation pathways described on this page exclude conference meals and access to the Midweek Gala.
Can another person work my exhibit space with me?
Yes, but each individual must have their own applicable conference registration. One exhibitor registration does not admit additional representatives.
Can authors participate in Meet the Authors and HOPE FIL?
Authors may select the applicable Meet the Author with HOPE FIL pathway. Specific HOPE FIL programming is curated and scheduled separately and is not automatically guaranteed.
Can wellness professionals participate in Oasis Wellness?
Yes, subject to space and curation. Oasis Wellness in Newport A has limited capacity and is designed intentionally around meaningful restorative and wellness experiences.
