Increased Visibility: Benefit from our year-round engagement strategy that begins in January 2025. We will spotlight each exhibitor monthly across our social media platforms, website, and contact networks, ensuring maximum exposure and connection with stakeholders.

Dynamic Conference Setting: Our conference features seven general sessions open to all attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and guests. These sessions include a fireside panel discussion and keynote speaker, offering prime opportunities for networking and showcasing your offerings.

Enhanced Networking Opportunities: Take advantage of dedicated mid-morning and mid-afternoon beverage breaks within the Expo Hall and extended evening access during our hosted events on April 9th and 10th. These events provide ample time to engage with attendees and foster meaningful connections.

Convenient Setup and Extended Hours: We've streamlined the setup process beginning at noon on Monday, April 7th, 2025, to ensure your booth is perfectly presented. You can rest assured that we've taken care of the details, allowing you to focus on your presentation. Exhibitors are required to be present during the following hours:

  • Tuesday, April 8th, 2025: Expo Hall opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 5:30 PM.
  • Wednesday, April 9th, 2025: Expo Hall opens at 7:30 AM with extended access until 6:30 PM for the evening reception.
  • Thursday, April 10th, 2025: Expo Hall opens at 7:30 AM with extended access until 6:30 PM for the Annual Drs. Ramon and Yolanda Nieves Family Affair Gala Reception.
  • Friday, April 11th, 2025: Final networking and sales opportunities from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

New in 2025

Expanded Exhibitor Space: All exhibitors will have a dedicated 10 x 10 space. Should an exhibitor need more space, they can complete a second enrollment by returning to the online enrollment system dedicated for exhibitors only.

Enhanced Expo Hall Layout: New this year, the Expo Hall in the Pacific Ballroom will have all exhibits wrapped around the hall, leaving the center area for networking tables, morning and afternoon break beverages, and the hosted receptions on Wednesday, April 9th, and Thursday, April 10th. This layout is designed to increase visibility, open market atmosphere, increase networking and building as sense of community.

Complimentary Parking: All exhibitors not staying as guests at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel will receive a daily parking voucher for complimentary entrance and exiting.

Setup Recommendations: We encourage you to set up Show Display Pop-Ups or Wall Panels on Monday, April 8th.

Affordable and All-Inclusive Exhibitor Packages

We are excited to offer an all-inclusive early bird exhibitor package at a reduced rate of $250.00. This package includes:

  • One exhibitor table
  • One exhibitor badge
  • Three lunch meals
  • Optional tradeshow display in the International Foyer adjacent to the Expo Hall, providing additional visibility to all conference attendees and hotel guests.

For only $150.00, a second member of your exhibitor team can join, including three lunch meals.
