Why People Choose to Register — and Why They Belong

27th International Families & Fathers Conference · April 13–16, 2026

Most people don’t come to this conference because they need more information. They come because they care deeply — about families, children, communities, and the systems that serve them.

They register because they are ready to turn that care into clarity, confidence, and effective action. This conference is designed to help you do exactly that — without overwhelm, without judgment, and without having to “prove” you belong.

What This Conference Does for You

  • ✔️ Helps you move from caring deeply → acting effectively
  • ✔️ Strengthens your confidence, language, and leadership presence
  • ✔️ Connects you with people who understand your work — and your pressure
  • ✔️ Provides tools, frameworks, and models you can apply immediately
  • ✔️ Creates space for renewal, reflection, and professional alignment
  • ✔️ Reinforces that you are not alone in this work — and never were

Your registration includes access to General Sessions, daily keynotes, applied workshops, community spaces, networking experiences, and a closing celebration — all intentionally designed to balance impact, connection, and ease.

National conferences often charge $800–$1,200 for fewer sessions, limited access, and no built-in community. FFCA is intentionally structured to remove barriers and maximize value. This is not about attendance — it’s about alignment, growth, and walking away better equipped than when you arrived.

Where Belonging Happens — The FFCA Conference Experience

At FFCA, community is not left to chance. It is intentionally designed into every day of the conference. From morning conversations to evening mixers, we create multiple spaces where relationships form naturally, conversations deepen, and connections last well beyond the event.

Staying within the official FFCA hotel block places you at the center of this experience — where learning, networking, and renewal happen seamlessly.

Daily Opportunities to Connect, Network, and Belong

  • ✔️ Daily Net-Worth Mixers designed to foster meaningful professional and personal connections
  • ✔️ Hosted Presidents Mixer at The Landing Restaurant inside the Hilton LAX
  • ✔️ Optional off-site networking experience at Topgolf El Segundo
  • ✔️ Late-afternoon and early-evening mixers in the Pacific Ballroom Expo Hall
  • ✔️ Informal connection spaces within the Wellness Oasis
  • ✔️ Unstructured time built in for conversations that matter — not rushed hallway exchanges

To support this experience, FFCA partners closely with our host hotel to keep participation accessible and affordable — without placing unnecessary restrictions on attendees.

Why Staying in the FFCA Hotel Block Matters

  • ✔️ No upfront cost or deposit required to reserve your room
  • ✔️ Hilton Honors points can be applied to your stay
  • ✔️ Access to significantly discounted parking exclusive to block guests
  • ✔️ Guests outside the block are not eligible for conference parking discounts
  • ✔️ Priority eligibility for FFCA appreciation rewards and giveaways
  • ✔️ Direct support of affordable registration rates for all attendees

Our data tells a consistent story: over 65% of attendees who stay at the host hotel return for future conferences. The reason is simple — proximity creates connection, and connection creates community.

This is not just where you sleep. It’s where conversations continue, relationships grow, and the FFCA experience comes fully alive.

Why Registration at FFCA Feels Different

At the Fathers & Families Coalition of America (FFCA), we design conferences with a simple principle in mind: people don’t just want information — they want to feel connected, supported, and confident that their time and investment mattered.

While many national conferences charge $600–$800+ and still add separate fees for meals, networking, or wellness, FFCA intentionally builds a complete experience into one registration — blending learning, leadership, wellness, and human connection in ways that keep people coming back year after year.

What Your Conference Registration Includes

  • Tuesday, April 14: A hosted luncheon paired with the FFCA Film Festival, featuring powerful stories of family, leadership, resilience, and hope.
  • Wednesday, April 15: A restorative Tai Chi & Bring-Your-Own-Lunch experience in the International Ballroom, offering space to reset, reflect, and connect with others.
  • Wednesday Evening: Complimentary access to Men-to-Men and Women-to-Women Café gatherings — intentionally designed spaces for dialogue, shared experience, and authentic connection.
  • Thursday Closing Celebration: A hosted reception and dinner, brief awards recognition, and a live comedy experience featuring Anthony Fuentes (Chicago, IL), followed by live entertainment, networking, and a Meet-the-Authors experience.

Your registration also includes access to all general sessions and three concurrent educational tracks each day, offering a wide range of workshops across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This structure allows attendees to customize their experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

In addition, select sessions on Monday, April 13 are open to all registered attendees, while specialty credential trainings may be added either in advance or on-site. This flexibility allows you to decide what best supports your goals — without pressure or unnecessary barriers.

Throughout the week, attendees may also visit the Wellness Oasis, where experienced practitioners offer very modest-rate services such as chair massage, Reiki, stretching, yoga, and restorative movement. We believe professional development should support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

When you consider the included meals, wellness experiences, evening programming, entertainment, networking opportunities, and depth of educational content, the FFCA conference consistently delivers a high return on value — both professionally and personally.

Most attendees don’t just leave with notes. They leave with relationships, renewed clarity, and a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the conference week.

Our Registration Commitment Policy

The Fathers & Families Coalition of America adheres to a No Cancellation, No Refund, and No Transfer policy. This long-standing policy has been in place for over 16 years and is modeled after industry-standard practices followed by global events such as TED Talks and other nonprofit conferences.

Each registration represents a commitment that initiates planning costs, including meals, materials, and venue requirements. For this reason, all fees are final upon submission. We appreciate your understanding and support of our nonprofit model that prioritizes accessibility and excellence.

Unpaid registrations at the time of the event will default to the At-the-Door rate ($650). FFCA reserves the right to limit access to any sessions or future events for attendees with unresolved balances. Only entities that fully paid for the 2024 conference may utilize Purchase Orders for 2026.

Final Step: Confirm Your Registration Email

A confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. Please double-check your email before submitting to ensure you receive your confirmation, updates, and important event information.

FFCA is committed to delivering excellent service and timely communication. To help us serve you best, please make sure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date at the time of registration.
