28th International Families & Fathers Conference | HOPE 2027

Meet the Authors & Vendor Opportunities

Meet the Authors at HOPE 2027 is more than a book signing, and our vendor experience is more than a table. This is an invitation to bring your message, your resources, your story, your research, your lived wisdom, and your purpose into a community designed for connection, visibility, generosity, and impact.

Guided by legacy and led with purpose, FFCA is expanding this experience into a year-round opportunity for authors, vendors, storytellers, clinicians, educators, faith leaders, parents, advocates, organizations, and community voices whose work strengthens families and builds hope.

Our Philosophy: Generosity Inclusion

HOPE 2027 is being shaped from a place of Generosity Inclusion. This means we are not simply creating space for people to attend. We are creating intentional pathways for people to be seen, heard, connected, supported, and remembered.

For authors and vendors, this means your work is not treated as a side activity. Your message, book, service, product, organization, or resource becomes part of the larger conference experience and part of a year-round opportunity to reach colleagues who care about families, fathers, children, healing, leadership, wellness, equity, and community transformation.

At HOPE 2027, Meet the Authors and vendor participation are not just moments. They are connection points, visibility pathways, and platforms for purpose.

Choose the Pathway That Fits Your Purpose

FFCA recognizes that not every author, vendor, organization, speaker, or presenter is joining HOPE 2027 for the same reason. For that reason, we are creating different participation pathways that allow individuals and organizations to engage in the way that best aligns with their goals, time, and level of involvement.

Author Only

For approved authors who want to participate in Meet the Authors opportunities, display their book, connect with conference participants, and be part of selected author visibility experiences without registering as a full conference attendee, HOPE Talk speaker, or workshop presenter.

Vendor Only

For vendors, organizations, programs, publishers, resource providers, and community partners who want a marketplace presence and networking opportunity without joining as full conference attendees or speakers.

Full Conference Attendee

For individuals who want to attend HOPE Talks, workshops, panels, networking experiences, and selected conference activities as participants.

HOPE Talk Speaker or Workshop Presenter

For accepted speakers and presenters who want a deeper level of engagement, broader visibility, and a greater opportunity to connect with the full HOPE 2027 audience.

There is a greater investment to join HOPE 2027 as a full conference speaker, HOPE Talk speaker, or workshop presenter; however, that pathway also offers a higher return through deeper engagement, broader visibility, session participation, professional networking, and expanded opportunities to connect throughout the full conference experience.

The Table: Everyone Is Invited

On Monday, April 12, 2027, FFCA will host the Grand Opening Reception and networking experience from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. As part of this opening experience, Meet the Authors will be featured through a special resource opportunity called The Table.

At The Table, everyone is invited. Authors who may not be traditional vendors will have an opportunity to display their books, share their content, and connect with conference participants during the hosted opening reception. This intentional design places the spotlight on our colleagues who are vendors, authors, resource leaders, and community builders from the very beginning of the conference.

The goal is simple: create meaningful connection early, so authors and vendors are visible throughout the entire HOPE 2027 experience.

A New Marketplace Flow for HOPE 2027

The HOPE 2027 conference environment is being redesigned to create a more open, welcoming, and connected experience. The International Ballroom will be used in a more flexible way, with a portion of the ballroom supporting vendors, resources, networking, author visibility, and community connection.

During selected receptions and evening experiences, the air walls may be opened to allow a broader flow between the general session environment and the marketplace area. This creates a more vibrant space where attendees, authors, vendors, sponsors, presenters, and partners can connect in a natural and meaningful way.

HOPE 2027 is being designed so that the marketplace is not separated from the life of the conference. It is part of the gathering, part of the conversation, and part of the community experience.

Featured Author Experiences During HOPE 2027

Grand Opening Reception

Monday, April 12, 2027, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, authors will be invited into the opening networking experience through The Table and the Meet the Authors resource opportunity.

Meet the Authors Luncheon Panel

On Wednesday, April 14, 2027, FFCA will host a special Meet the Authors panel during a general luncheon experience connected to the grab-and-go lunch. Featured authors will have time to go deeper into their impact, their why, what inspired the book, and what readers can expect.

Wednesday Evening Dinner Experience

Wednesday evening will include a dinner experience designed to continue connection, conversation, and community in a warm and meaningful way.

Marketplace and Networking Visibility

Authors and vendors will be part of a larger marketplace flow designed to increase connection and visibility throughout the conference experience.

Beyond the Conference: A Year-Round Author Opportunity

FFCA is expanding Meet the Authors beyond the conference dates. Approved authors may be considered for additional year-round visibility and engagement opportunities, including virtual book signing experiences hosted by FFCA.

These virtual author opportunities are designed to introduce writers to colleagues, community partners, conference participants, and others who may be interested in their message. This gives authors a pathway to continue sharing their work after HOPE 2027 and to remain connected to the FFCA community throughout the year.

This is different from most major conferences or book signings. HOPE 2027 is designed to help authors come together, build connection, and continue the journey beyond the event.

Author, Vendor, and Sponsor Visibility

During the conference, the FFCA team will create visual presentation slides featuring approved authors, vendors, and sponsors. These rotating PowerPoint presentations may be shown during general session transitions, giving the audience repeated opportunities to see the people, books, organizations, services, and resources connected to HOPE 2027.

Authors and vendors may also be included in selected conference communications, listings, and additional promotional opportunities as determined by the FFCA team.

Our intention is to create visibility with dignity, generosity, and purpose. We want participants to know who is in the room, what resources are available, and how they can continue connecting beyond the conference.
