We have been a source of advocacy, internationally attended the conference, and advocacy since 2000 as Fathers and Families Coalition of America. We provide life coaching certifications, advanced practitioner credentialing, specialty curriculums, leadership development training, executive coaching, group training, personal and individual coaching, or counseling services. In 2020, we strived for excellence with the new agency in Puerto Rico! El Instituto de Liderazgo y Gerencia Transformativa / Transforming Leadership & Management Institute and the O.A.R. Leadership Institute.
In 2022, our coaching & counseling services will be available for individuals, couples, families, and organizations. We have a fantastic team of professionals available to help you. Dr. Narviar C. Barker Browne, Ph.D., M.S.W., LCCP, L.S.W., Dr. James C. Rodriguez, M.S.W. or Dr. Dezette C. Johnson, Ph.D., MSW will take appointments for counseling services. Narviar is the Director of Standards and Program Outcomes for Fathers and Families Coalition of America and James serves as the President and C.E.O. The coaching team includes Aida, James, Narviar, and Dezette.
