Learn More About Our Updates: Welcome to Building Bridges, the 26th International Families and Fathers Conference, a unique global networking and knowledge exchange platform scheduled for April 8-11, 2025. This conference offers unparalleled opportunities to connect with professionals and experts in the field, making it a must-attend event for anyone interested in family and fatherhood issues. The conference is intended to support parents and all levels of professionals from diverse fields (see FAQ page) to improve children's and families' lives.
We have streamlined the registration process for on-site attendees, with limited possibilities for remote access. In 2025, you have two options designed to cater to your specific needs. The first option includes meals and the gala al a cart add-on, while the second option is for those who prefer to arrange their meals independently. We've made it easy for you to join us.
- All attendees can take advantage of adding the splendid Family Affair Red Tie and Red Dress Gala on Thursday, April 10th, starting at $70.00 and reduced for vegetarians.
- All attendees can include the speciality training on Friday, April 11th extra fee is listed.
- As part of your exclusive conference experience, you can join our bus tour, a unique journey from the Hilton LAX Hotel to Santa Monica Pier and then up the coastline and east into Hollywood and Vine. This is a fantastic way to explore the city and maximize your time with us. The add-on starts at $30.00
- All attendees will have full access to morning coffee in the Expo Hall FREE.
- All attendees are cordially invited to our hosted reception on Wednesday, April 9th. This is a fantastic opportunity to network and meet exceptional authors while enjoying new and exciting fun elements like karaoke and Monte Carlo. FREE
The conference is at the Hilton LAX Hotel, 5711 W. Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045. We have a limited number of room reservations available in the discounted block.

Discounts and Deadlines
FFCA will provide a discount for all members and affiliates in good standing. Group of nine or more 10% discount. An agency can use a TBD vs. complete names, especially to support Head Start parent enrollment. Early bird rates end on December 31, 2024.
Education Optional Add-Ons
is pleased to announce that it will conduct a credential and special training day on Friday, April 11th, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 pm. Please note that an add-on for this program will require an additional fee. We encourage all attendees to make travel and hotel arrangements in advance to ensure that you can fully enjoy the overall event experience.

Special Events Optional Add-Ons
Friday, April 11, 2025: We are excited to share that in 2025, FFCA will be teaming up with a new company to take all the attendees on a fun-filled trip who sign up for the additional $30.00. We'll start our journey with a delicious brunch in Santa Monica, where you'll have the freedom to explore the beautiful city on your own. After that, we'll travel up the coastline to Hollywood, enjoying picturesque views of the ocean and the city. We plan to depart at 9:00 AM and return by 3:00 PM to avoid any traffic jams in LA. This promises to be an amazing experience, and we can't wait to have you on board!

For your convenience, the Fathers & Families Coalition of America exclusively accepts credit card payments for registration through our online enrollment system, powered by EZFacility. This streamlined process ensures a smooth registration experience for you. However, please note that due to past experiences with non-payment and attendance changes, we have implemented a rigorous policy of no cancellations, refunds, or transfers for registrations, which has been firmly in place for over a decade.
The 'No refunds, carryovers, or transfers' policy is critical because we are a 501 C3 nonprofit, and each registrant submission necessitates payment for FFCA Conference attendance. If payment is made after the conference, the at-the-door terms will be applied, which may result in additional fees or limited access to certain conference features.
We reserve the right to reject applications for attendance at future FFCA Conferences, Institutes, training, or Specialty Programs, particularly from those with a history of non-payment. Only entities that have paid for registration for the 2024 international conference in full will be permitted to make Purchase Order payments. This policy has been maintained for over a decade, similar to TED Talk and other NGO-led events.
