Join your colleagues and FFCA as we come the 19th Annual Families and Fathers National Conference-Greater Purpose from Monday, February 19 - Friday, February 23, 2018. Our main conference days (20-22) will have special sessions to support the professional development of Head Start and Early Head Start Staff with an opportunity for a 10% In-kind Discount offered by FFCA.
Started through a Head Start agency with a grassroots passion to help young mothers and fathers, Fathers & Families Coalition of America was created. Today, the FFCA has served over 20 years as a champion to strengthen families, increase children’s wellness and advance the needs of professionals and organizations. Fathers & Families Coalition of America has several programs that have foundational frameworks for Head Start and Early Childhood staff/organizations as part of our ongoing training. From our collective experiences (advanced practitioners, research, social policy, network and community development and quality improvement centered training) FFCA has established itself as a national and international resource for the professionals. FFCA draws from a range of experts, organizations, service providers, foundations, academia, community-based initiatives, and researchers that use strength-based and empowerment-based skill building for positive and productive balanced living to increase protective factors with the parent e.g., Seeking Safety Training hosted by FFCA, our Fatherhood Practitioner Credential and others. Fathers & Families Coalition of America has over 20-years integrating social work into our services and we are offering a special 10% discount.
