FFCA will host an exceptional EXPO led by a team of exhibitors volunteering to oversee the EXPO to give what they believe opens opportunities for everyone with some new twists. 

NEW IN 2024

FFCA has announced that the EXPO for the 2024 conference will be set up in the Pacific Ballroom, which is adjacent to the main International Ballroom. All conference breaks will take place in the EXPO. The Opening Night Reception, which is a pre-event that includes networking, will be hosted from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the EXPO. After that, the doors of the International Ballroom will open at 6:00 p.m. for the Meet the Authors event, the Opening Night Reception dinner, and entertainment.

There are three enrollment opportunities for exhibitors. The first option includes attending all general sessions, conference gala, and closing day breakfast. The second option allows exhibitors to join the conference attendees for the general session luncheons. The third option is the most economical, which means exhibiting only and not joining in the networking general sessions. However, we encourage you to network and take advantage of option number one to maximize your experience.

Sharing Your Display

Pop-up banners will invite all hotel guests to the expo to meet and greet exhibitors for extra exposure. Social media broadcasts of each exhibitor are also planned.

Exhibitors Give-Aways

Exhibitors must donate one item from their display as a giveaway during the Thursday, April 25th General Session that concludes the conference..

As an exhibitor, you can enjoy some added benefits when you join us in 2024. These benefits include:
