Fathers and Families Coalition of America was developed by the vision of togetherness. The togetherness of forming a group of committed and purpose-driven leaders seeking social justice, advocacy, improvements in the quality of opportunities to support the professional development of individuals and the overall capacity of organizations. Affiliate agencies go beyond annual fees into the investment of their time, talents and leadership to support both our national and international purposes. Moreover, these leaders are selfless by supporting regional, state and local efforts from symposiums, advancing memberships and social justice that formed ten (10) FFCA Regional Affiliate Leads.

We desire to have at least one Affiliate of Fathers and Families Coalition of America on all states in America as well as the commonwealths and territories that make-up America. We have a global vision to support our colleagues and using technology bridging gaps of access to resources form Fathers and Families Coalition with International Affiliates Regional Leads. The historic foundation of America is important for our group of leaders to recognize and ensure the overall diversity with the inclusion of Native American/First Nation FFCA Regional Leads.
