he FFCA Regional Lead from Connecticut includes the Grow With Us in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The FFCA Regional Lead, Bruce Tramell, CLC is seeking other leaders to transform the North East Region-1. There are FFCA affiliate availabilities to part of something bigger than self and are making a difference in the lives of children and families in the United States, and Globally. Grow With Us
FFCA asks for the leadership to strive for excellence. Excellence in meeting the advocacy of other practitioners before their agency as a representative of FFCA. Excellence in fulfilling the commitments as both affiliate and or regional lead. Excellence in going beyond self to be part of service leadership in advocacy, professional development, creating opportunities for networking and the following principles. Never stop teaching by never stop being open to learning. Genuinely enjoy being an affiliate of FFCA while maintaining an enthusiastic, positive, optimistic attitude for others in the region, nation, and international existing and new stakeholders of FFCA. Foster friendships with other leaders in FFCA and work together with an understanding of the needs of others advocated by leaders to support essential in building decisions based on possibilities, not limitations.
