Annually, Fathers & Families Coalition of America has hosted a conference drawing 500-700 individuals in attendance and with the use of technology, FFCA LIVE! has allowed an additional 100-200 individuals looking for resources globally. As Fathers & Families Coalition of America received continuous requests for advancing the needs of front-line workers we have developed strategies for continuous quality improvement needs to advance practices for diverse practitioner attendees. More and more the needs to create Parent Centered workshops for the 100's of parent attendees is a tremendous opportunity to help guide parents and couples who attend seeking parent engagement workshops. The diversity of attendees by gender, regions throughout the United States as well as international attendees, multi-languages and more require increase diversity of workshop proposals that will be selected.
Our Executive Conference Planning Team has identified the need to adjust our schedule as follows:
Day One:
Pre-Conference Credential Day
If you offer an all-day certificate program we can collaborate on allowing a place to offer your program that meets high standards of transfer of skill and knowledge as a highlighted program. Your organization can determine a certificate additional fee, however, this is a very limited partnership opportunity to be approved by
the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fathers & Families Coalition of America.
Day Two & Three:
Transformational Parents the Core of Building Healthy Communities
A series dedicated to engaging both parents and family engagement direct service providers concerned on the improvement family life. The power of parents working with providers can change the core of community life to create effective services for prosperity of family life. Fathers & Families Coalition of America uses the method of a collaborative series of parent centered education workshops to draw out the talents of young parents and new front-line workers that we set expectations workshops will provide guidance on strategist that strengthen family-life and the ignite the power of parents. The Core Power of Parent series of transformational workshops that at the essence have the goal of building healthier communities.
Day Two - Four
Thirty-six (36) priority workshop themes have been identified that we encourage workshops that transfer knowledge, skills and beyond information to actively engage all attendees to go beyond their current skill set and implementation of new, emerging, best practice and or evidence based interventions/models.
Day Four and Five
Nurturing Fathers Instructors' Training
Additional Training of Trainers Curriculum Available with approval by the President and Chief Executive Officer
