For the past 18 years, we have brought awareness on the needs of children through father involvement. Head Start was the foundation for our conference that started at Mesa Community College. Since then almost 20,000 individuals have participated in either our national conference and or regional trainings and from all over the United States as well as international guests. We have extended our early rate at the requests of the others through February 7th. We have kept our fees very modest for a national conference that has a wealth of experts training on various workshops for parents, front-line workers, managers and chief executive officers.... There are so many talented professionals training from February 28th -March 2nd. Then we added a pre-conference track with that are intended to provide technical assistance, curriculum training, support for practitioners and professionals that is in a word, dynamic. We are honored to have the Nurturing Fathers Trainer Program ( March 2nd and 3rd). Our conference gala is not an event to get dressed up but an experience that is inspirational with planned featured speakers, entertainers, the voices of fathers, husbands, wives, leaders and advocates to make a difference in the lives of children.

INCREASING USES OF LIFE COACHING
By
Dr. Luisa M. Connal-Rodríguez
In a fast-paced world, people find themselves with the need to adapt to change, but how can we acquire the means of learning to adapt. Business organizations also should plan for the changes within their workplace or ways of doing business. Being out of work requires that we learn to assess our skills and our potentials. Even executives must assess ways of staying on top of their “game”. In other words, the varieties of reasons unique to the organizations and people who want to manage their organizations growth or their personal growth use Life Coaching. Before continuing further, let’s consider a history of Life Coaching from the Kent University.[1] Researchers claim that Life Coaching began with early Greeks i.e. Socrates, who believed that people learned best when they took ownership of their learning and tool personal responsibility for the outcomes. Since from its inception coaching is associated with learning and being responsible for growth of self, it is no wonder that different organizations have looked to coaching as a method of management, as well as personal growth.
The growth of life coaching increased with the growing changes in the economy, and lifestyles led to the development of the interdisciplinary nature of Life Coaching discussed below. Most of us know about coaching only from sports. Coaches in sports have similar characteristics to Life Coaches such as providing goals for the players, pointing out obstacles created by the other team and discussing how to overcome them. Coaches are people who support the needs of people by helping them develop the value of ongoing or life time learning. People who have benefited from life coaching do so because of their increased knowledge and the skills needed to manage and organize changes at work or in their lives. The increased productivity resulting from workers’ involvement with coaches leads many businesses to promote the service to their employees.[2] “There are life coaches for every age group, life stage, ambition, and goal you can imagine. Life coaching is a process and requires the full commitment of the client. Coaches help clients identify blocks, challenges, and opportunities” Joanna Jarosz, M.A., through her review of research condenses the definition of Life Coaching. Life Coaching is an interdisciplinary that has grown exponentially from the 1990s. Life Coaching is a motivational and behavioral change approach that helps people to set and reach better goals, leading to enhanced well-being[i]

18th annual families and fathers national conference highlights national experts to increase professional development and parent engagement strategies
Parent engagement through involvement in program governance from the federal levels to local agency policies. February 27, 2017 and March 2nd & 3rd will provide exceptional technical assistance, capacity building and meet the required needs for many professionals. If you are a professional in and/or funded by The Children's Services Bureau, an Office of the Administration for Children and Families the 2016 Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) instruments, reporting guidelines provides requirements for “the continuity of family relationships and connections is preserved for children” (see section II page 51) to ensure engagement with fathers for those foster-care and child welfare professionals.
As part of Head Start program design and a tenet of NAEYC’s Code of Ethical Conduct(see Section II) formal structures for program governance, programs should regularly involve in supporting children’s development. Head Start Teachers and Family Service Workers, Teachers and other professionals can come for strategic growth using best assessment practices. Increase developing the relationship process with parents, among the hardest criteria for programs to meet.

NEW FEDERAL CHILD SUPPORT RULES...
There are some public policies that many do no understand impact tens of millions of children in the United States. The 2016 final rule changes to the U.S. Child Support Services system will increase opportunities for payments to go to children basing on the ability to provide support. This and other changes will foster opportunities to increase child wellness, strengthen families and co-parenting....
The goal is to set realistic orders so that noncustodial parents pay regularly, rather than setting an unrealistically high order that results in higher rates of nonpayment. At the same time, states retain flexibility in the level of orders they set. The change will also allow those who are supporting parents that lack resources, in very praticial manners access to new information for noncustodial parents that with effective services, will help in the process of tranformation for change.
