  1. Identify appropriate site selection of active FFCA Affiliates and an evaluation of programs that serve targeted population(s) to support funding proposal high impact evaluation and research designs.
  2. FFCA  aim to increase outcomes for programs through the approaches approved by the P.I. team
  3. The P.I. team will collaborate with affiliates selected to evaluate  programs through in-person, data collection and virtual program evaluation and trainings.
  4. Disseminate information, including new evaluation findings, that leads to effective practice, evaluation and research.
